What happens after the 7-day trial?
You drop to the Free plan automatically, no charge. You keep your data, but premium tools (Competitor Watch, Review Intelligence) become locked and usage limits reset to free-tier levels.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, your new limits take effect immediately. When you downgrade, you keep access until the current billing period ends.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Both include Growth Engine. Pro gets 3 apps/month; Max gets 10 apps/month. You can add unlimited apps but each app counts toward your monthly limit. Max also gives you higher limits on Competitor Watch, Review Intelligence, and top priority support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel from your account settings whenever you want. You keep full access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts on our Free plan with access to core tools. Upgrade to Pro or Max when you're ready, no credit card needed to get started.
How does billing work?
