Where does Growth Engine find these threads?
In public Reddit and X posts. It runs about 20 web searches limited to those two sites, built from your app's name, description and category, then fills in Reddit threads from Reddit's public data. It does not log in to your accounts.
How does it decide which threads to show me?
AI reads each post and keeps it only if recommending your app there would genuinely help the person. Kept threads are ordered by how recent they are and how much engagement they have. There is no buying-intent score; it is a yes or no fit check.
How often does it scan?
Your first scan is one you start. After that you can turn on a nightly scan, which runs around 1 AM in your time zone and looks for new matching posts from the previous 24 hours. On Max you also get 3 full manual scans a month per account.
Will the threads always be brand new?
No. Search results can include older posts and lean toward English-speaking, often US communities. Every thread shows when it was posted, threads older than 180 days are hidden, and you decide whether a reply still makes sense.
Is this spam? Will I get banned?
Growth Engine never posts anything. It finds threads and drafts a reply that mentions your app only where it fits; you edit it and post as yourself. Follow each community's rules, and read our Reddit guides before you start.
Can I choose subreddits or countries?
Not today. Searches are generated from your listing rather than a list you maintain, so you do not pick subreddits or target a country.
How much does Growth Engine cost, and is there a free trial?
