Acceptance
By using ReachFront you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ReachFront is an app marketing workspace for iOS and Android apps. It includes tools for writing store listings, scoring listings, researching and tracking keywords, watching competitors, reading reviews, validating ideas, designing screenshots, planning marketing work, and finding Reddit and X conversations where people ask for an app like yours. The service is provided “as is” and we may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Your content
You own everything you generate. We do not claim rights to your inputs or outputs. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use ReachFront to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
ReachFront never posts on your behalf. When you post a reply drafted by Growth Engine, you post it from your own account and you are responsible for following the rules of Reddit, X and each community you post in, including any rules about self-promotion and disclosing that you built the app.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans (Max and Studio) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance, and they renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record and may add sales tax or VAT where required.
Monthly Max includes a 7-day free trial for accounts that have not had a paid plan or free days before. Your card is taken at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken on day 8 and the subscription continues monthly.
You can cancel any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. If you think you were charged in error, email us and we will look into it; approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method.
If we change a plan's price, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal.
Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or fails to pay. If your plan ends, you lose access to the paid tools, and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
ReachFront is not responsible for app store rejections, ranking changes, or any business outcomes resulting from use of the service. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing.
