1. Information We Collect

Account & Authentication Data

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google; we never see your Google password. We also store your profile details and communication preferences.

Platform Usage Data

We collect information about how you use ReachFront, including:

• Apps and URLs you monitor or analyze
• Search queries, keywords, and competitive apps you research
• Marketing content you generate, including listings, reply drafts, and the posts you mark as replied
• Dashboard interactions, reports viewed, and settings configured

Reddit & Social Media Data

When you use our monitoring and conversation tools, we collect:

• Reddit threads, comments, and metadata you monitor (thread titles, authors, timestamps)
• Public X posts that match your app's keywords
• AI-generated reply drafts. We never post on your behalf: you copy a draft and post it from your own account

App Review & ASO Data

We collect publicly available information for analysis and monitoring:

• App store reviews (text, ratings, dates, reviewer info)
• ASO metrics (keywords, rankings, competitors, scores)
• App description, screenshots, and metadata
• Review trends and sentiment analysis results

Technical & Usage Data

We automatically collect technical information when you use our service:

• IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, and user interactions (product analytics)
• Error logs and crash reports
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the ReachFront platform and features
• Generating AI-powered insights, recommendations, and content
• Monitoring apps, reviews, keywords, and social conversations on your behalf
• Personalizing your dashboard and saving your work history
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions
• Sending account updates, security alerts, and customer support communications
• Improving our service through analytics and user behavior studies
• Complying with legal obligations

3. Data We Do NOT Use

We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not use your content to train AI models (including your app inputs, generated replies, or monitoring data), unless you explicitly opt in to help us improve our AI.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We partner with third-party services to operate ReachFront. Your data may be shared with:

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage
• Vercel: website and application hosting
• AI providers (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI): generating listings, reply drafts and analysis from the inputs you give a tool
• Reddit, X and the App Store and Google Play: reading public posts, listings, rankings and reviews
• Dodo Payments: our payment processor and merchant of record, which handles checkout, subscriptions, billing and tax. We never see or store your full card number
• PostHog: product analytics
• Sentry: error and crash reporting
• ZeptoMail: sending account and billing emails
• Crisp: live chat, when you choose to message us
• Google: sign-in, if you choose Continue with Google

These third parties are contractually obligated to use your data only to provide services to us and not for their own marketing purposes. Please review their privacy policies for full details.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and activity history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete specific monitoring records or tool outputs at any time from your dashboard. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required to retain for legal compliance.

6. Your Rights & Controls

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Export: Ask us for a copy of your data in a portable format
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Correct: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Opt-out: Disable analytics, marketing emails, and AI improvement programs

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure password hashing, row-level access rules on our database, and restricted access controls. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in to your account
• Remember your preferences and settings
• Analyze how you use our platform
• Prevent fraud and enhance security

ReachFront is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it immediately.

Your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the European Union (where our database is hosted) and the United States. These countries may not have the same data protection laws. By using ReachFront, you consent to such transfers.
