Turn your app marketing plan into work you actually finish
One board per app with four columns: Backlog, To Do, In Progress and Done. It starts filled with the 12-week growth plan ReachFront wrote for your app, and every card opens the tool that does that job, so the plan turns into shipped work instead of a document you never reopen.

An app marketing board is a task board for the work that gets an app found: listing rewrites, keyword research, screenshots, community replies, launch posts. ReachFront's Marketing Board gives each of your apps its own board with four columns (Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Done). It fills itself from the 12-week growth plan written for your app during onboarding, with the first chapter in To Do as high priority and later chapters waiting in the backlog. Each card has a category, a priority, an optional due date and, where a ReachFront tool does the job, a button that opens it. You can add your own cards, drag them between columns on desktop, and on Max or Studio ask AI to draft more tasks you review before they are added.
From a growth plan to shipped work in three steps
Why an app marketing plan needs a board
Most app marketing plans die as a document. You write the list, close the tab, and a week later nobody knows what was done, what is next, or which tool each step needed.
A board keeps the plan in front of you. Every task is a card that sits in one place at a time: waiting, up next, in progress, or shipped. Due dates show what is slipping, priorities show what matters this week, and the Done column is a record of what you actually did.
ReachFront's Marketing Board starts from the plan written for your app, not a blank template. Each card is tied to the tool that does the work, so going from the plan to doing the task is one click, and each of your apps keeps its own board.
A plan in a doc vs. on the Marketing Board
| Plan in a doc | With the Marketing Board | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | A blank page or a generic template. | The 12-week plan written for your app, already on the board. |
| Doing a task | Work out which tool you need, open it, find your app again. | One button on the card opens the right ReachFront tool. |
| Knowing what is next | Re-read the whole list every time you sit down. | The current chapter in To Do, the rest waiting in the backlog. |
| Seeing what slipped | Nothing tells you a step was skipped. | Due dates flag overdue and due-soon cards. |
| Several apps | One messy list for everything. | A separate board for each app. |
What the Marketing Board gives you

Marketing Board, answered
Where do the tasks come from?
From the 12-week growth plan ReachFront writes for your app during onboarding. The board copies it in once per app: the first chapter in To Do, later chapters in the backlog. After that the cards are yours to reword, move or delete, and you can add your own.
Can I add my own columns?
No. Every board has the same four columns: Backlog, To Do, In Progress and Done. Use categories, priorities and due dates to organise cards within them.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. On a phone the columns become tabs and each card has a Move button instead of drag and drop.
What does the AI do?
On Max and Studio, Generate with AI drafts extra marketing tasks for the app you are viewing. You see the list first, untick anything you do not want, and the rest is added to your backlog.
Is it free?
The Marketing Board is part of ReachFront Max, which starts with a 7-day free trial on monthly billing. Your card is taken at checkout and charged on day 8 unless you cancel.
